Pew Research Center aims to inform decision-makers and the public by holding a mirror to society and ensuring that all voices are heard. Being an inclusive, diverse and equitable organization is foundational to our mission and to the effectiveness of our work. We advance these goals through staff-led strategic initiatives, leadership development, and fair and objective management that holds us all accountable for both what we achieve (the work) and how we achieve it (our behaviors). As part of our commitment, we publicly share our staff demographics.
